In my over 40 years in the Real Estate business, I’ve measured every single house I’ve listed. Yes, I’m talking about walking around the perimeter of the house with a measuring tape, because sometimes the square footage may have become inaccurate through the years. This attention to detail will be present throughout your selling experience with me. I make sure every “i” is dotted, and “t” is crossed so that your transaction will be smooth, swift, and also enjoyable.

More Than Selling
I don’t see my job as a Listing Agent as “selling”. I set up the right framework so the property sells quickly, and for top dollar. I stay on top of the Real Estate market, and my strong suit is always being aware of what the market is doing at any given time. Comparables (comps) are relevant but can only serve as a guideline to pricing property because many factors can change at any given time. Staying informed of current market conditions, looking at the future forecast, being knowledgeable about how to interpret the market to properly price a home, and creating an extensive marketing plan that is tailored to the specific property is what I do best when it’s time to sell your home.
Appearance and mechanics matter. I am skilled in creating and managing the presentation of your home, understanding that success rests in the details. Nothing is more important than hard work, ambition, and dedication to get your home sold quickly and for the best price.
